GACC Announcement No.26, 2013 on Commodity Classification Decision

In accordance with China Customs Regulations on Import & Export Commodity Classification (GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC hereby promulgates its Decision of 2013 on Commodity Classification (Ⅰ) (see the annex), which shall enter into force on June 1, 2013.
Where any governing laws and regulations change, the Classification Decision herein shall simultaneously cease to be effective.
