GACC Announcement No.29, 2013 on Paperless Clearance Document Scan & Preservation

In order to standardize the paperless customs-clearance mode, the GACC hereby promulgates its Standard of E-scanned File Format for Customs Declaration Documents in Paperless Customs Clearance (see Annex 1 hereto) and Criteria for Enterprises Permitted to Preserve Documents in Paperless Customs Clearance (see Annex 2 hereto), both of which shall enter into force on June 1, 2013.
