GACC Announcement No.30, 2013 Revises Declaration Form Specification on Consignees/Consignors

 
The GACC hereby makes revision to the annex to its Announcement No. 52 of 2008 "China Customs Specification on the Making of Import & Export Declaration Forms" with respect to the Item (3) contents under "Ⅸ. Consignees/Consignors" therein as follows:

"As regards the consignees and consignors already registered with the customs, this section shall provide their Chinese names and customs registration codes;
As regards those unregistered with the customs, this section shall provide their Chinese names and organization codes;
As regards those neither registered with the customs nor having organization codes, this section shall declare NO;
Where goods are subject to the Manual for Processing Trade, the consignees and consignors specified in the declaration forms shall be consistent with the operating enterprises or processing enterprises that are specified in the Manual for Processing Trade;
As regards goods covered by tax reliefs, the consignees and consignors specified in the declaration forms shall be consistent with the applicants specified in the Certificate for Tax Levy & Exemption."

This Announcement shall enter into force on July 1, 2013.
