AQSIQ Lifts Ban on Artiodactyl Import from Mongolia

Based on risk assessment results, the AQSIQ hereby announces its permission for the importation of artiodactyls and artiodactyl products from seven western Mongolia's provinces of Bayan-Ulgii, Uvs, Khovd, Zavkhan, Govi-Altai, Khuvsgul, and Bayankhongor on the condition of their compliance with China's requirements regarding quarantine.
China's Ban concerning animal hoof-mouth diseases occurring in the seven Mongolia's provinces aforesaid, which is listed in AQSIQ Announcements No. 10 of 2000 and No. 156 of 2001, shall be simultaneously repealed.
