GACC Announcement No. 46, 2013 on Banned & Restricted Entry-Exit Goods

Hereby announced are the interpretations regarding China's List of Goods Banned From Entry & Exit and List of Goods Restricted In Entry & Exit:
Gambling chips belong to the "other articles" specified in the List of Goods Banned From Entry & Exit;
Microorganisms, biological products, blood and blood products, human genetic resources, controlled knives, and satellite TV reception equipment belong to the "other articles restricted in entry by the customs" specified in the List of Goods Restricted In Entry & Exit;
Microorganisms, biological products, blood and blood products, human genetic resources, and controlled knives belong to the "other articles restricted in exit by the customs" specified in the List of Goods Restricted In Entry & Exit.
This Announcement shall enter into force on August 16, 2013.
