GACC Announcement No.48, 2013 on Bisphenol A Antidumping Duties

In 2007, the Customs Tariff Commission of China decided to impose five-year antidumping duties from August 30, 2007 on bisphenol A (BPA) originating in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan region.
Now, based on China MOFCOM's review findings, the Customs Tariff Commission hereby determines that:
As of August 30, 2013, China Customs shall continue to levy the antidumping duties on the bisphenol A (HS Code 29072300) declared from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan region as per GACC Announcements No. 47 of 2007, No. 65 of 2007, and No. 80 of 2009.
