MOFCOM Announcement No.1, 2014 on WTO Ruling for China-EU Dispute of X-Ray Inspection Equipment

On January 23, 2011, the MOFOCM decided in its annual announcement no.1 to levy antidumping duties on X-ray inspection equipment from the European Union (EU).

On April 24, 2013, the WTO's Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) adopted the report by a DSB expert panel on the dispute of "China's antidumping measures on the X-ray inspection equipment from the EU".

In accordance with China's Antidumping Regulations and the Rules on Implementing the WTO's Dispute Rulings, the MOFCOM has decided to start from this announcement date a reinvestigation for implementing the DSB's ruling or proposal concerning the dispute case herein.

During the period of reinvestigation, the interested parties may inquire of relevant information over the MOFCOM's reference room and website.
