GACC Announcement No.15, 2014 on Import & Export Legal Quantity Declaration Adjusted

As of February 10, 2014, in accordance with Harmonized System's classification rules, regarding the import and export goods whose parts and components are classified as per complete machine or finished product, where their legal units of measurement are not of weight, their legal quantity shall be declared as per their inspection status rather than declared as 0.1, along with simultaneous repeal of the 6th item, 38th article of China's Specification On Filling Customs Declarations (annex to GACC Announcement No.52 of 2008).
