Caizong [2014] No.6 China Exempts Export Inspection-Quarantine Fees in 2014

To local departments of finance and local development and reform commissions:

The Ministry of Finance and the National Development & Reform Commission have jointly decided to continue the exemption for exporting goods from inspection-quarantine fees in 2014.

Relevant Matters are hereby announced:

1. From January 1, 2014 till December 31, 2014, the entry-exit inspection-quarantine fees shall be exempted from any exiting goods, transport facilities, containers and other statutory inspection-quarantine objects, but excluding the fees on exiting persons, commercial voluntary inspection, and animal vaccination.

2. Local operational expenditure shall resort to the arrangements by central financial budget.

3. Local authorities shall implement the free-of-charge inspection-quarantine for exports as regulated herein without any delay or rejection.
