Finance Ministry Notice on Tax-Preference Utilization Report

To companies concerned:
In accordance with the regulations of CaiGuanShui [2014] No.2 Notice, the enterprises concerned shall submit within March 1-31, 2014 their reports on 2013 utilization of import tax preference for major technical equipment as per the requirements in Annex 1 thereto; their overdue submission shall be rejected.
The Tariff Department hereto will collect such utilization reports specially on March 31, 2014.
The firms which cannot attend the special collection on that day shall deliver their reports to the Tariff Department before March 31 by means of Express Mail Service (to address: 3 Nansanxiang, Sanlihe, Xicheng District, Beijing, 100820; indicating the report on 2013 utilization of import tax preference for major technical equipment) and also shall confirm their delivery by telephone to 010-68552781; any other manners of delivery shall be rejected.
