GACC Decree No.216 on Some Regulation Repeals
The General Administration of Customs (GACC) hereby releases its Decision On Repeal Of Some Regulations, which was adopted on February 13, 2014 and shall enter into force from the issue date hereto.

GACC Decision On Repeal Of Some Regulations
The repealed regulations include:
P. R. China's Customs Administrative Measures on Cross-Region Transfer for Deep Processing of Bonded Goods under Processing Trade, which were issued with GACC Decree No.109 on January 19, 2004;
P. R. China's Customs Administrative Measures on Scoring & Assessment over Customs Declarers, which were issued with GACC Decree No.119 on November 30, 2004;
P. R. China's Customs Administrative Measures on Practices of Customs Declarers, which were issued with GACC Decree No.146 on March 20, 2006;
P. R. China's Customs Administrative Measures on Qualifying Examination & Certificates of Customs Declarers, which were issued with GACC Decree No.187 on March 1, 2010;
This Decision shall enter into force from the issue date below.
