GACC Announcement No.28, 2014 (Expands "Local Declaration-Local Release" Mode)

To enhance customs-clearance efficiency for regional economy integration, the GACC has decided to expand the coverage of "local declaration and local release" practice as announced below:
As from May 1, 2014, the "local declaration and local release" mode shall be applicable to the import and export goods pertaining to the operators of A Grade with the declarers of B Grade or higher as classified by the customs, in accordance with GACC Announcement [2013] No.58 regulations.
