GACC Announcement No.32, 2014 on China-New Zealand FTA Specific Origin Rules Update

Owing to changes in the HS Codes of some products in the product-specific origin rules under China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA), based on relevant China Customs Administrative Measures on Origin of Export & Import Goods (issued in GACC Decree No.175), hereby released are the product-specific origin rules conversion table with changes/adjustments (see the Annex 1) and its full updated table (see the Annex 2).
The exporters or certifying agencies should apply for or issue the Certificates Of Origin under China-New Zealand FTA as per the criteria provided in the Annexes hereto.
