GACC Announcement No.43, 2014 on AD Duties on Acetones from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan

In 2008, China's Customs Tariff Commission decided to impose antidumping (AD) duties on acetones from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan for five years from June 9, 2008. In 2013, the antidumping duties were maintained during the antidumping expiry review.
Now the Customs Tariff Commission has also decided that:
As from June 8, 2014, China Customs shall continue to levy antidumping duties on importing acetones (HS Code 29141100) from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan for five years in accordance with GACC Announcements No.43 of 2008 and No.60 of 2010.
