GACC Announcement No.63, 2014 on Import & Export Tariff 's Subheadings Notes (2014 Additions & Adjustments)

The "Notes on the Chinese Subheadings under the Import & Export Tariff of the P. R. China" is one of the grounds for commodity classification practiced by China Customs, government agencies, import/export trading firms and individuals. To help the trade participants with correct declarations according to China's Import & Export Tariff, we have added and adjusted some of Chinese subheading notes (see the Annex) as promulgated hereby.
This Announcement shall enter into force as of September 1, 2014.
