China Tariff Commission Notice on Coal Import Duties Adjustment

To the General Administration of Customs:

Upon the approval by the State Council, as from October 15, 2014, provisional zero duty shall be canceled regarding the imports of anthracite (HS Code 27011100), coking coal (HS Code 27011210), other bituminous coals (HS Code 27011290), other coals (HS Code 27011900) and briquette (HS Code 27012000) and the MFN duty shall be resumed on them at the rates 3%, 3%, 6%, 5%, and 5% respectively.
