GACC Announcement No.73, 2014 on Coal Import Duties Adjustment

Upon the approval by the State Council, as from October 15, 2014, provisional zero duty shall be canceled regarding the imports of anthracite (HS Code 27011100), coking coal (HS Code 27011210), other bituminous coals (HS Code 27011290), other coals (HS Code 27011900) and briquette (HS Code 27012000) and the MFN duty shall be resumed at the rates 3% on anthracite, 3% on coking coal, 6% on other bituminous coals, 5% on other coals, and 5% on briquette respectively.
