MOFCOM Announcement No.64, 2014 (on Expiring Antidumping on Polyamide-6 Granula from USA, EU, Russia & Taiwan)

On April 21, 2010, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.15 to levy antidumping duties on importing polyamide-6 granula from the USA, EU, Russia and Taiwan region for five years from April 22, 2010 till April 21, 2015.
According to China's Antidumping Regulations, the levy period may be prolonged if termination of the antidumping duty could lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and injuries therefrom.
From this Announcement issue date, relevant domestic industry or industrial representatives (natural persons, legal persons or organizations) may, 60 days before the antidumping expiring date, apply in writing to the MOFCOM for corresponding expiry review; their application form shall contain the explicit representation of requesting the expiry review and the adequate evidence that antidumping termination could lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping and injuries therefrom.
In the event that China's industry or industrial representatives fail to apply for the expiry review as regulated and the MOFCOM also fails to institute the expiry review before the expiring date, the antidumping measures herein will be terminated on April 22, 2015.
