SAFE Notice NO.44,2014 (on 34 Repealed & Invalid Normative Documents)

To local SAFE provincial sub-administrations and SAFE bureaus in Shenzhen, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen and Ningbo cities:

Hereby announced are matters in validity of some normative documents on foreign exchange management:

1. Repeal is imposed on 18 normative documents of this kind that are inconsistent with current management practices and replaced by new documents. (See Annex 1)

2. Invalidity is declared toward 16 normative documents of this kind that are expired or without regulatory targets and have lost efficacy in reality. (See Annex 2)

This Notice shall enter into effect upon the issue date below.
