MOFCOM Announcement No. 83, 2014 Ends AD on Trichloromethane from EU, South Korea, USA & India

On November 30, 2004, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.71 imposing antidumping on trichloromethane from EU, South Korea, USA and India for five years.
On November 29, 2009, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.105 to give an interim review to the antidumping on EU, USA and South Korea, excluding India.
On November 29, 2010, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.87 deciding to continue the antidumping on trichloromethane from EU, USA and South Korea for four years.
Because none of domestic industrial representatives made a request for expiry review and the MOFCOM has decided not to initiate the expiry review, the antidumping measures on the trichloromethane from EU, USA and South Korea will be terminated as of November 30, 2014.
