GACC Announcement No.86, 2014 on Petroleum Products Import Consumption Tax Hike

Upon State Council approval, the GACC has raised the import-based consumption taxes on petroleum products as follow:
1. The import consumption tax shall be raised by CNY 0.12 per liter on gasoline, naphtha, solvent oil, and lubricating oil on the basis of existing unit amount.
2. The import consumption tax shall be raised by CNY 0.14 per liter on diesel oil, aviation kerosene and fuel oil on the basis of existing unit amount.
3. The tax on aviation kerosene will be suspended as before.
This Announcement shall enter into force on November 29, 2014.
