MOFCOM Announcement No.85, 2014 (on Ends AD on Hemodialysis Machines from EU & Japan)

On June 13, 2014, as per China's Antidumping Regulations, the MOFCOM issued its annual Announcement No.42 to start an antidumping (AD) investigation into the importing hemodialysis machines from the EU and Japan.
The MOFCOM made investigations in the import products' dumping situation and injury to corresponding domestic industry.
On December 11, 2014, Chongqing Shanwaishan Science and Technology Co., Ltd., as the Chinese AD petitioner, revoked its petition and requested MOFCOM termination of the antidumping investigation. Hence, the MOFCOM has decided as of this Announcement issue date to terminate the antidumping investigation on hemodialysis machines from the EU and Japan.
