GACC Announcement No.94, 2014 (on Agricultural Import QTY from New Zealand in 2014 & for 2015)

In accordance with China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and GACC Announcement No. 91 of 2008, China is implementing special safeguard measures against the agricultural products from New Zealand that are under 12 HS Codes in four categories. Hereby announced are the import quantity of 2014 applicable to the FTA conventional tariff and the import quantity for 2015 triggering the Chinese special safeguard (see Annex).
The imports of those agricultural products from New Zealand shall still be subjected to GACC Announcement No. 91 of 2008.
