AQSIQ Announcement No.3, 2015 (on Imp./Exp. Dairy Inspection/Quarantine Items Adjustment)

The Regulatory Measures On Inspection & Quarantine Of Import & Export Dairy Products, set forth in AQSIQ Decree No. 152, have been in force since May 1, 2013. And accordingly the AQSIQ issued its annual Announcement No.53 in 2013 to provide relevant instructions. Hereby announced are adjustments to the instructions on implementing these Regulatory Measures:

1. The import dairy products subjected to entry quarantine approval, besides raw milks, products made from raw milks, and pasteurized milks, will be joined by the modified milks that are made through pasteurization. As from February 1, 2015, the Quarantine License shall be submitted for such importing modified milks made through pasteurization.

2. The AQSIQ will adjust the items set forth in the dairy test report to be submitted by non-first-time importers of dairy, as shown in Annex. As from May 1, 2015, a non-first-time importer of dairy shall submit a test report as required by the Annex hereto.
