AQSIQ Announcement No.146, 2014 (on Adjusting Inbound/Outbound Goods Subject to Entry-Exit Inspection & Quarantine)

In accordance with China's governing laws and regulations, hereby announced are adjustments to China's Catalog Of Inbound/Outbound Goods Subject To Entry-Exit Inspection And Quarantine Agencies:
1. The car seats for children under HS Code 9401809091 will be imposed the entry/exit inspection-quarantine requirement "A/B", thus subjected to statutory inspection for import/export. And the cotton picking machines under 8433592000, other automotive aluminum-alloy wheels/parts under 8708709100, and ozone/oxygen therapy devices under 9019200000 will be respectively imposed entry inspection-quarantine requirement "A", thus subjected to statutory inspection for import. The above adjustment will take effect on February 1, 2015.
2. The veterinary vaccines under 3002300000 will be exempted from entry/exit inspection-quarantine requirement "A/B", thus free from entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies. This adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2015.
3. In line with China Customs adjustment of HS Codes for 2015, the Codes will also be adjusted in this Catalog herein that is available on the website www.aqsiq.gov.cn.
The goods listed in this Catalog must go through supervision by local entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies. An importer or exporter involved shall make customs declaration on the strength of the Inspection Certificate For Inbound/Outbound Goods that is issued by entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies.
