MOFCOM Announcement No.8, 2015 (on Prolonging AD Probe on Optical Fiber Preform Rods from Japan & USA)

On March 19, 2014, the MOFCOM, in accordance with China's Antidumping Regulations, issued its annual Announcement No. 17 deciding to institute an antidumping (AD) probe on the optical fiber preform rods from Japan and the USA.
In view of this special case, the MOFCOM hereby decides to prolong the investigational term by five months, i.e. making the deadline on August 19, 2015.
