Upon State Council approval, hereby promulgated is the Catalog For The Guidance Of Industries For Foreign Investment (2015 Revision), which shall enter into force on April 10, 2015, along with simultaneous repeal of the corresponding 2011 Revision issued by the NDRC and MOFCOM on December 24, 2011.
