GACC Announcement No.12, 2015 (on Repealing Admin Measures for Bonded Factories in Processing Trade)

Upon a State Council resolution (GuoFa [2014] No.50 Notice), the GACC has canceled the administrative approval item "Bonded Factory Establishment"and repealed the regulations thereof. From now on, regarding the enterprises that have been previously supervised as bonded factories, the bonded treatment will be maintained for their export-oriented import of raw materials, parts/components, devices, accessories, packing materials and the chemicals to be directly consumed in reasonable quantity in processing.
