GACC Announcement No.19, 2015 (on AD Duty on Polyamide-6 Granula from USA, EU, Russia & Taiwan)

In 2010, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) decided to levy antidumping duties on Polyamide-6 granula from USA, EU, Russia and Taiwan for five years from 22 April 2010.
Now, at expiry of the antidumping, China's Customs Tariff Commission has decided to continue the antidumping duties during the expiry review period. The MOFCOM has accordingly issued its Announcement No.10 of 2015 (see Annex).
Relevant matters as below:
As from April 22, 2015, the antidumping duties shall be continued on the Polyamide-6 granula (HS Code 39081012) from USA, EU, Russia and Taiwan as per GACC Announcements No. 27 of 2010 and No. 7 of 2011.
From April 22, 2015 till the issue date below, the imports thereof without being levied shall be re-levied regarding the antidumping duties.
