GACC Decree No.227, 2014 (on Revision of Some Regulations)

The GACC Resolution On Revision Of Some Regulations, adopted on 27 April 2015, is hereby promulgated and shall be put into force upon its issuance.

In accordance with decrees and requirements by Chinese Central Government, the GACC hereby make revisions to six Regulations as follow:
1. Revisions to "China Customs Regulations on Bonded Warehouse and the Goods Stored Therein"(GACC Decree No.105):
To delete the item (2)/Article 8, and delete the representation of "registered capital"in paragraph 1/Article 19
2. Revisions to "China Customs Measures on Transport Firms and Vehicles, Drivers in Domestic Highway Transport of Customs-supervised Goods"(GACC Decree No. 121):
To delete the representation "registered capital may not be less than RMB 2.0 Million"in item (1)/Article 5
3. Revisions to "China Customs Provisional Measures on Bonded Logistics Center (Model A)"(GACC Decree No. 129):
To delete item (2)/Article 6, item (8)/Article 8, and item (3)/paragraph 3/Article 19
4. Revisions to "China Customs Provisional Measures on Bonded Logistics Center (Model B)"(GACC Decree No. 130):
To delete item (2)/Article 5, item (7)/Article 7, item (2)/Article 11, item (8)/Article 12, and item (2)/paragraph 3/Article 21
5. Revisions to "China Customs Measures on Export Supervised Warehouse and the Goods Stored Therein" (GACC Decree No. 133):
To delete item (3)/Article 9, and delete the representation of "registered capital"in paragraph 1/Article 20
6. Revisions to "China Customs Measures on Customs Supervision Premises"(GACC Decree No. 171):
To delete item (2)/Article 6
This Resolution shall enter into force upon its issuance.
All the Regulations and Measures abovementioned shall be revised and re-promulgated as per this Resolution.

5. Revisions to "China Customs Measures on Export Supervised Warehouse and the Goods Stored Therein" (GACC Decree No. 133):
To delete item (3)/Article 9, and delete the representation of "registered capital"in paragraph 1/Article 20
6. Revisions to "China Customs Measures on Customs Supervision Premises"(GACC Decree No. 171):
To delete item (2)/Article 6
This Resolution shall enter into force upon its issuance.
All the Regulations and Measures abovementioned shall be revised and re-promulgated as per this Resolution.
