GACC Announcement No.21, 2015 (on Adjusting Some Consumer Goods Import Duties)

Upon State Council approval, as from June 1, 2015, China Customs will, in the form of provisional duty rates, lower the import duties on some of consumer goods such as skin-care products, Western-style clothes, ankle boots, and paper diaper (see Annex 1 for details).
