GACC Announcement No.28, 2015 (on Admin Ruling for Commodity Classification)

In accordance with China Customs measures on administrative ruling (GACC Decree No.92) and regulations on commodity classification (GACC Decree No.158), the Customs has accepted an application from Nitto Optical in Shanghai for an administrative ruling over HS classification of "Polaroid (Polarizer)" and hereby releases the administrative ruling (see the Annex).
This Announcement shall come into effect upon its issuance.
In case of changes in governing laws and regulations, such administrative rulings will automatically become invalid.
