GACC Announcement No.30, 2015 (on AD on Carbon-Steel Fasteners from EU during AD Expiry Review)

In 2010, China's Customs Tariff Commission decided to impose antidumping duties (AD) on carbon-steel fasteners from EU for 5 years from June 29, 2010. Now, during the period of the AD expiry review, the Commission has decided to continue the AD levy as announced below:
As from June 29, 2015, China Customs shall continue to levy antidumping duties on EU-originating carbon-steel fasteners (HS Codes: 73181200, 73181400, 73181510, 73181590, 73182100 and 73182200) as per GACC Announcements No. 38 of 2010, No. 56 of 2011 and No. 84 of 2011.
