Tariff Commission Resolution No.7,2015 on (AD Levy on EU Carbon-Steel Fasteners during AD Expiry Review)

To the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) and the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC):
We have received MOFCOM Request for Continuation of Antidumping Duties on Carbon-Steel Fasteners (ShangJiuJiFa [2015] No.227). In accordance with China's Antidumping Regulations, we have decided that the antidumping duties (AD) on EU-originating carbon-steel fasteners should be maintained during the period of their antidumping expiry review.
Relevant Matters：
1. The objects under the AD levy, the AD rates, and the calculation of the AD and import-based VAT shall still be subject to our Resolution on the Antidumping Duties on EU-Originating Carbon-Steel Fasteners (ShuiWeiHui [2010] No.15).
2. This Resolution shall enter into force as of the antidumping expiring date specified in the ShuiWeiHui [2010] No.15 document.
This Resolution is to be announced by the MOFCOM and the GACC for implementation.
