GACC Announcement No.64, 2015 on Origin Rules Specific to China-South Korea FTA

Upon State Council approval, China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) shall enter into force as of 20 December 2015. In accordance with relevant administrative measures on country of origin as in GACC Decree No. 229, hereby promulgated are the Rules of Origin specific to the products under China-South Korea FTA, which also shall take effect on 20 December 2015. These Rules of Origin are based on Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) of 2012 developed by World Customs Organization (WCO).
