PBOC-GACC Announcement No.44, 2015 on (Gold & Gold Product Export/Import)

In accordance with China's Administrative Measures on Export and Import of Gold and Gold Products (as set out in PBOC-GACC Decree No.1 of 2015), PBOC and GACC have jointly adjusted China's “Catalog of Gold and Gold Products under Export and Import Control", relevant matters announced below:
1. Export and import of “gold industry or laboratory-used gold products (HS Code 7115901020) may be exempt from control by “PBOC Permit for Gold and Gold Product Export and Import".
2. The adjusted “Catalog of Gold and Gold Products under Export and Import Control" shall enter into effect on 1 January 2016, along with simultaneous repeal of the Catalog annexed to PBOC-GACC Announcement No.31 of 2014.
