Joint Announcement No.75, 2015 on （2016 Import-Licensed Goods Catalog by MOFCOM, GACC & AQSIQ）

In accordance with P. R. China's Law on Foreign Trade, Regulations on Import & Export of Goods, and Measures on Import of Key Used Electromechanical Products, hereby announced is China's "2016 Catalog of the Goods Controlled by Import License", which shall enter into force as from 1 January 2016 along with simultaneous repeal of corresponding version of 2015.
