GACC Announcement No.16, 2016 on (Pre-Entry System Client-side Software & Data Exchange Interface)

In order to help enterprises enhance customs efficiency, the GACC will make the following measures concerning Customs Pre-Entry System Client-side Software and Transaction Data Exchange Interface:
1.To Open Customs Pre-Entry System Client-side Software: exporters/importers and customs brokers may download/install the software from “Announcement” on www.chinaport.gov.cn . Regarding relevant authorization matters, please contact local Customs Data Sub-Centers; Annex 1 hereto provides the client-side function list.
2.To Open Customs Pre-Entry System Transaction Data Exchange Interface: exporters/importers may transform their internal systems to exchange transaction data with Customs Pre-Entry System. Regarding interface opening issues, please contact local Customs Data Sub-Centers; Annex 2 hereto provides the data exchange interface list.
3.Future changes in the client-side function list and the interface list will be timely released in the “Announcement” on www.chinaport.gov.cn.
Customs service hotline “12360” can offer instructions on relevant matters.
This Announcement shall enter into effect as of 18 March 2016.
