GACC Announcement No.41, 2016 on (Acrylic Fiber HS Codes under Anti-Dumping)

In accordance with China's Anti-Dumping Regulations, the Customs Tariff Commission under the State Council has decided to levy anti-dumping duties for 5 years from 14 July 2016 on acrylic fibers (HS Codes 5501.3000, 5503.3000, 5506.3000) originating in Japan, South Korea and Turkey. The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has issued relevant announcement of specific commodities under the anti-dumping measure. Please note that China-based importers, when declaring imports under the HS Codes aforesaid, shall provide specific HS Codes 55013000.10, 55033000.10 and 55063000.10 respectively.
