GACC Announcement No.42, 2016 on (Doc. of Vehicles for Carrying Customs-Controlled Goods)

In accordance with State Council resolution, the GACC hereby decides to adjust the document requirements for registration of the vehicles used for carrying Customs-controlled goods on domestic roads: When an applicant is registering such kind of vehicles with a Customs House, as regards a vehicle to carry dangerous goods, the applicant shall submit original and copied "Road Transport Certificate" covering the transport of dangerous goods, which shall be issued by Transport Administrations.
