GACC Announcement No.46, 2016 on (Processing-Trade Manual/Account-Book Declaration after Approval Cancel)

In accordance with MOFCOM-GACC Announcement No. 45 of 2016, processing-trade business approval by commercial administrations will be canceled nationwide as of 1 September 2016. Since it needs some time to finish adjusting customs information system, hereby announced is the way to declare processing-trade manual/account-book in the interim:
During the period until complete adjustment of customs information system, business firms (including those within Customs Control Areas), when engaging in processing-trade manual/account-book registration, alteration, write-off, carry-over, etc., are required to fill commercial administrations' "Approval Number" with "1111" at the pre-entry end of customs information system.
