GACC Announcement No.76, 2016 on Special Preferential Duties for Eritrea & Cambodia

China State Council has permitted applying special preferential duties to Eritrea and Cambodia, both least-developed countries, involving 97% of HS coded products. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
1. As from 10 December 2016, special preferential duty rates will be applied to 8,047 HS-coded products originating in Eritrea and Cambodia. Regarding the products list, please refer to the LDC2 column in Annex 7 to GACC Announcement No. 69 of 2015.
2. When declaring the imports from Eritrea and Cambodia for special preferential duties, the importer or exporter shall fill in “Customs Declaration Form for Import or Export” or “Registration Form for Inbound or Outbound Goods” in accordance with GACC Announcements No. 20 and 51 of 2016 and meanwhile submit relevant certificates and documents in accordance with GACC Decree No. 210 (on Origin in Least-Developed Countries under Special Preferential Tariff).
