GACC Announcement No.80, 2016 on Agric Import QTY from New Zealand

In accordance with China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and GACC Announcement No.91 of 2008, China may conduct special safeguard against 4 categories of 12 HS-coded agricultural products originating in New Zealand (NZ).
Hereby promulgated are the import quantity of 2016 of those NZ agricultural products applicable to the FTA conventional duties and their import quantity triggering special safeguard in 2017 (see Annex).
The imports of the 4 categories of NZ agricultural products shall still be subject to GACC Announcement No. 91 of 2008.

Hereby promulgated are the import quantity of 2016 of those NZ agricultural products applicable to the FTA conventional duties and their import quantity triggering special safeguard in 2017 (see Annex).
The imports of the 4 categories of NZ agricultural products shall still be subject to GACC Announcement No. 91 of 2008.
