GACC Announcement No.83, 2016 on Smart Safety Lock & Reader Testing Mechanism

In order to ensure smart safety lock and reader compliant with China National Standards and Customs control requirements, the GACC has chosen two testing organizations (Jiangsu BeiDou Satellite Navigation Testing Center and Zhejiang KeZheng Electronic Information Product Testing Company Ltd.) to test the smart safety locks and readers useable for Customs control. Hence, smart safety locks and readers must be tested and provided with compliance report by any of the two testing organizations prior to being supplied to the Customs. Specific testing procedures are provided in the “Customs Mechanism for Testing Smart Safety Lock and Reader” annexed hereto.
