GACC Announcement No.88, 2016 on Tariff-Free Taiwanese Agric Goods in 2017

Along with Import and Export Tariff revision from 1 January 2017, the GACC authority has made changes in the “List of Taiwanese Agricultural Goods Exempt from Import Tariffs of China (2012 version)” annexed to GACC Announcement No. 85 of 2011 and has provided the 2017 version thereof (see the Annex) effective as from 1 January 2017.
In the “List of Taiwanese Agricultural Goods Exempt from Import Tariffs of China (2017 version)”, the HS codes noted with “ex” indicate that only the products listed therein are exempt from the import tariff, despite many commodity items under each of such codes.
