GACC Announcement No.7, 2017 on Japan VDC-VC Copolymer Resin under Antidumping

In accordance with the Antidumping Regulations of P. R. China, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has made the decision to carry out temporary antidumping measure from 20 January 2017 on vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resin (HS Code 3904.5000) originating in Japan by levying security deposit. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
As from 20 January 2017, the importer of the involved product from Japan shall declare specific HS Code “39045000.10” in their Customs Declaration for Import.
