GACC Announcement No.8, 2017 on Paperless Clearance Expansion

For the purpose of foreign trade facilitation, the GACC has decided to expand paperless clearance application to all credit-rated enterprises.
A credit-rated enterprise, after signing E-data application agreement with local top Customs authority and the third-party certification agency (i.e. China E-Port Data Center), may adopt the mode of “paperless clearance” with all Customs Houses in China, without the need to re-sign such agreement with other agencies.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
