GACC Announcement No.18, 2017 on VDC-VC Copolymer Resin from Japan under Antidumping

In accordance with China’s Antidumping Regulations, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has decided to levy antidumping (AD) duties on vinylidene chloride (VDC)-vinyl chloride (VC) copolymer resin (HS Code 3904.5000) from Japan for 5 years, which is set forth in MOFCOM Announcement No. 17 of 2017. Relevant matters are hereby announced:
As from 20 April 2017, the importer shall declare HS Code 39045000.10 in Customs Declaration regarding Japan-made VDC-VC copolymer resin.
