GACC Announcement No.31, 2017 on Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅱ)

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and China Customs Regulations on Import & Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC has made an administrative ruling on the classification of the following product:
"Master cylinder”, requested by SHANGHAI SANKAI IMP & EXP CO., LTD., should be classified into Chinese HS code “8708.3099”.
Please see the Annex hereto for the details.
This Announcement shall enter into force on 1 September 2017.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
