Joint Announcement No.39, 2017 on Solid Wastes Import Control Catalogs

Totally 24 solid wastes under 4 categories, including waste plastics (8 kinds), unsorted waste paper (1 kind), waste textile materials (11 kinds) and vanadium slag (4 kinds), shall be transferred from the “Catalog of Import-Restricted Solid Wastes as Raw Materials” into the “Catalog of Import-Banned Solid Wastes”.
This Announcement shall enter into force on 31 December 2017, along with simultaneous repeal of the Announcements No. 80 of 2014 and No. 3 of 2017 jointly made by the authorities hereunder.
